1. The referral bonus is reserved only to the referrers which have already purchased a residential unit from one of MANA and its affiliates' projects.

2. MANA Development Co., Ltd. reservs its rights to award the referral bonus only to those that successfully registered via this registration page and later received an automated confirmation e-mail.

3. The referrers can refer as many friends as they can. However, the referred friends or family members must not already exist in MANA's database via any means prior to the referral, whether by walk-in visits, call-in inquiries, or any other registrations with MANA.

4. In the case of multiple referrers register the same friend or family member in order to claim the referral bonus, MANA reserves its right to award the bonus to the first referrer registered in the database, determined by the date and time of the registration.

5. The referrer shall receive the referral bonus within 30 days after the successful completion of ownership transfer process with the referred customer. The company shall impose the withholding tax at the rate of 3% in compliance with the regulations of the Revenue Department of Thailand.
